Booking Policy

Our prices are per room and per day, and include breakfast, wi-fi, service and taxes.
Pricing may change due to the occupancy rate.

For the weekends and national holidays in April, May, June, July, August, September and October we will apply a supplement of 30 EURO and we might require a minimum stay.

It is possible to add an additional single bed in some of the rooms for

  • Euro 40 per night from November to March.
  • Euro 50,00 per night in April, May, June and September
  • Euro 70,00 per night in July and August

It is possible to add a cradle for EURO 15 per night.

Children up to 3 years old do not pay, if they use parents’ bed.

At booking, it is required a deposit of 40% of the total stay, other restrictions may be applied without notice.
We might verify the validity of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled 40 days, before the arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed
If the reservation is cancelled between 40 to 31 days before the arrival, we will charge 1 night only
If the reservation is cancelled between 31 to 10 days before the arrival, we will charge 50% of the total stay
If the reservation is cancelled 10 days before the arrival, we will charge the entire amount of the stay

Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check in is between 14.30 – 18.30
Check out is by 10:30

We ask that guests contact the hotel regarding early arrivals and late departures. If the hotel is unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be securely stored at the hotel for a fee.
For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
A hold of EURO 200 per day might be placed on your credit card to cover incidentals.

Pet Policy

We love pets however our hotel is not suited for our small friends, as such we do not accept any pets. We may accept pets in very specific cases at a one-time charge of EURO 200. Please contact the hotel prior to your stay, and we can discuss how to accommodate your needs. For any room damages, additional fees may be charged at the conclusion of your stay.

Smoking Policy

Our hotel is a smoke free environment. Please note that a minimum EURO 500 fee will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms.
